Are MiniLatch™, LockLatch™ and PetLatch™ adjustable?Most definitely. The MiniLatch can be adjusted to anywhere between 1.8" to 3.1" [4.5cms to 8cms], the LockLatch is adjustable between 3.6” and 6.7” [9cms and 17cms] and the PetLatch™ can be adjusted between 5.7” to 9” [14.5cms to 23cms].
What is the largest possible gap?
What is the smallest gap?Using the MiniLatch, the smallest possible gap is 1.8" [4.5cms], which is a perfect gap size for ventilation.
Is LockLatch™, PetLatch™ and MiniLatch™ guaranteed?Yes. There is a lifetime guarantee, so in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong, just return it to us and we'll replace it free of charge or give you a refund.

Can a thief break through a LockLatch™?Yes, a determined thief with a plan of action and the right tools could break through a LockLatch™, however, it is a great deterrent to prevent opportunistic theft.
My LockLatch™ is jammed in the open position, what's the problem?It's very possible that you've overwound the lock in the anticlockwise direction. So, insert the key, make sure it's engaged, then give the key a sharp turn clockwise - that should do the trick.
